A little preparation.
A much clearer project.
This guide helps you gather the information for your website. If you have purchased a package, use the private project-brief link in your welcome email. This public guide does not confirm an order or payment.
1. Tell us the essentials
- Your business name, services, location or service area, hours, and approved contact details.
- The main action you want visitors to take: call, email, or send an inquiry.
- Your existing website and domain, if you have them.
2. Gather your content
- Your logo, preferred colors, and any brand guidelines.
- Approved text for each included page or section.
- Photos you own or have permission to use. You can add a folder or document link for your text and images in the private brief. Tell us if you need image sourcing quoted.
- Your services, prices you want shown, and customer-facing policies.
3. Show us your taste
Share 1–3 inspiration websites and a sentence about each: the colors, layout, photography, or navigation you like. Add a few words about how you want your website to feel.
4. Confirm the platform and hosting
Tell us whether you already have hosting. We confirm the platform and hosting your project needs before asking you to purchase anything. Our Sites-built websites and WordPress websites have different hosting requirements.
5. Send your brief, then confirm the plan
Use your private welcome-email link after purchase. We review your content and package fit, clarify anything missing, and confirm your production start date and review steps. Extra pages or advanced features receive a separate quote and need your approval.
Keep access secure
Please leave passwords, verification codes, payment card information, and private customer records out of the brief. We arrange the access needed for the agreed work separately.
