Launch Lite · $199
A one-page site with up to five sections, built from a design template and tailored with your supplied business information, colors, text, and images. Includes mobile styling, one consolidated revision round, and a launch handoff guide.
Signature · $499
A website of up to five agreed pages, a cohesive design direction, an inquiry form, light polishing of supplied copy, page titles and SEO descriptions, two consolidated revision rounds, and a handoff.
Business · from $999
A tailored website of up to eight pages in the agreed scope, service and inquiry page planning, a lead capture form, page titles and SEO descriptions, two consolidated revision rounds, and a handoff. The price is a starting point; the final quote depends on the requirements.
Included in every build
Your agreed build includes a mobile-friendly layout, one primary visitor action, prelaunch checks of links and any included form, and a clear access and handoff checklist. The exact pages, features, content, and revision rounds are confirmed in the written proposal.
Booking and store projects
Live appointment systems, reservations, ecommerce, payments, and other advanced features receive a custom quote. They are not included automatically because a project has a small number of pages. The free launch plan is a planning aid; it does not replace the written project scope or quote.
SEO services and ongoing page management
SEO work can include page titles and descriptions, heading and link improvements, keyword-to-page planning, and indexing or Search Console review when suitable access is available. Signature and Business include the basic metadata described above; broader SEO work receives a separate scope and quote. We do not guarantee rankings, traffic, leads, or sales.
Monthly page management covers an agreed allowance of approved text, image, menu, price, business-hours, or other page updates on a supported platform. Your proposal confirms the pages, request allowance, turnaround, reporting, monthly price, billing, and cancellation terms before you commit. New pages, major redesigns, and larger features are quoted separately unless included in that scope.
Landing pages and website reviews
Campaign landing pages, lead capture work, and reviews of an existing website can be requested as separate projects. A review identifies agreed issues and priorities; implementation of the recommended changes is included only when specified in the written scope.
Optional add-ons
You can request these with a website package or as a separate project, subject to review of your existing setup. Your selections are preferences for a quote, not purchases. No upgrades are included automatically in a published website package.
- Google Business Profile help · from $149. One eligible business location; setup or refresh. For eligible businesses. Google Business Profile is free; Athena charges for setup assistance. You retain ownership and complete Google’s required verification. Approval and rankings are not guaranteed.
- Online ordering & delivery setup · from $249. One location, one supported platform, up to 30 supplied menu items. Your restaurant owns the merchant account, approves its menu and platform agreement, and receives its payouts. Platform approval, subscriptions, processing, and delivery fees are separate. POS connections need a compatibility review and separate scope.
- Booking & reservation tools · from $149. One supported calendar, up to 5 services. We confirm the supported platform, account access, availability rules, and tool costs before work. Payment connections, complex scheduling, and custom systems receive a separate scope.
- Business email & contact setup · from $99. One domain and one existing or newly provisioned mailbox. You own the domain and mailbox account. Mailbox subscriptions, migrations, and sending services are separate. We confirm the provider and access before making changes.
- Review links & QR materials · from $79. One destination link and two QR artwork sizes. For honest feedback from real customers. No purchased reviews, positive-review incentives, or promises to remove legitimate criticism. Printing and distribution are separate.
- Search & analytics setup · from $129. One supported website; search verification and one analytics tool. We confirm platform support, access, privacy settings, and any consent requirements first. Tool fees and recurring reporting are separate. Search indexing and traffic are not guaranteed.
- Extra pages & content support · from $99 / page. One standard page; up to 600 supplied words, one revision. The quote confirms the number of pages, writing or editing allowance, image rights, revisions, and price. Research-heavy or regulated content needs its own review and scope.
- Monthly website & profile care · from $99 / month. Up to four small approved updates, within one hour total each month. Your proposal confirms the supported website or profile, update allowance, monthly price, billing, and cancellation terms. New builds, larger features, and daily order handling are separate.
You retain ownership of your business accounts and authorize the access needed for the agreed work. You complete required owner verification and approve third-party agreements. Platform approval, compatibility, subscription, processing, delivery, advertising, and other third-party charges are separate. Your proposal confirms the work, limits, price, recurring costs, and terms before payment.
What is separate
Domain registration, hosting, paid tools, licensed photography, third-party subscriptions, and any applicable tax are additional. Custom logos, copywriting from scratch, ecommerce, membership systems, advanced booking tools, ongoing maintenance, and unusual integrations need a separate quote unless expressly included in your proposal.

Content, revisions, and timing
You supply accurate and approved business information and content you have permission to use. A revision round means one consolidated list of changes within the agreed scope; new pages, features, or a substantially different direction may require a revised quote. We confirm the timeline after reviewing the content and requirements.
Fixed-package online purchases
Launch Lite is $199 USD and Signature is $499 USD. Their package pages explain the fixed scope. When online checkout is enabled, a successful Stripe payment triggers a welcome email with a private project-brief link and getting-started guide. Production timing is confirmed after the completed brief is reviewed. Until online checkout is connected, package buttons start a request and we confirm payment instructions with you.

From request to purchase
Start with the guided project request: choose a service, see a suggested starting point, add your details, and review before sending. Athena reviews the request and follows up by email with any questions and a written proposal. You can then approve the scope and follow the agreed payment instructions. Selecting a package is a starting preference, not a completed purchase.
Before work begins
You receive the written scope and payment terms for review. Work begins once the agreed start requirements are met. No deposit or payment is collected by this website’s inquiry form. Cancellation, refund, and delivery terms are agreed in the project proposal before payment.
