YOUR BUSINESS, WITH A CLEARER CUSTOMER JOURNEY

Photography website design that leads beyond the portfolio.

Your images start the conversation. Clear session information, service areas, and a focused inquiry help the right client continue it.

Who this suits.

For portrait, event, product, and independent photographers who need more control over the customer journey than a social profile alone can provide.

PLAN THE USEFUL DETAILS

What this website
needs to explain.

01

A portfolio with a point of view

Group approved images by the type of work a client is looking for. A small, coherent selection is often easier to navigate than an undifferentiated archive. Confirm rights, client permissions, and any restrictions before publishing. We plan image sizes and loading around the page layout.

02

Session information that answers buying questions

Explain the service area, session length, what deliverables are included, and how pricing or a quote works. Describe the booking process and expected communication. Do not imply that every inquiry reserves a date; the contract and agreed booking terms set that process.

03

An inquiry built for the actual project

A portrait inquiry may need a preferred session type and area; an event inquiry may need a date, venue, and coverage window. Collect only what helps you assess the fit. Client galleries, contracts, deposits, scheduling, and digital delivery need supported tools and a separately confirmed scope.

OPTIONAL UPGRADES

More features,
when they fit.

Optional work can include a supported scheduling integration, links to a client-gallery provider, a page for one specialist photography service, and ongoing portfolio updates. A website package does not include shooting, image licensing, private gallery software, contracts, or payment automation by default.

What to gather first

  • A curated set of permitted portfolio images and descriptive captions
  • Your session types, service area, and approved pricing approach
  • Your inquiry, contract, deposit, and delivery process
  • Existing gallery, calendar, or customer-management tools

A starting package,
not a feature assumption.

Launch Lite is $199 for one template-based page with up to five sections. Signature is $499 for up to five agreed pages, an inquiry form, light polishing of supplied copy, page metadata, and two revision rounds. Business starts at $999.

Live bookings, ecommerce, payments, feeds, custom integrations, and larger content scopes are separately quoted. Domain, hosting, paid tools, and any applicable tax are additional. We confirm the fit before you commit.

Questions for this kind of website.

Will the site include a private client gallery?

Only when a supported gallery tool and its scope are agreed. The public portfolio and a private delivery system are separate parts of the project.

Do I have to show all my prices?

You choose the approved public information. A starting price or a clear explanation of how quotes work can help customers understand the next step without publishing every possible package.

Can clients book and pay immediately?

That requires a scoped booking and payment setup, including availability, terms, confirmation, and merchant-account requirements.
