ATHENA WEB SERVICES · QUEENS, NY & REMOTE PROJECTS
Website management for the details that keep changing.
Your website should keep pace with your business. Athena can handle an agreed allowance of page updates so customers see the approved services, hours, prices, and information you want them to see.
For a supported website that already works but needs regular content care. This is especially useful when menus, service details, seasonal offers, staff information, or business hours change throughout the year.
What we can scope
An agreed list of supported pages and content-update types
A request allowance, turnaround, and approval process
Publication of supplied or approved text and images
A summary of the changes completed in the reporting period
Define what counts as an update
Changing a price, replacing an approved image, updating hours, or publishing supplied page content can fit an ongoing allowance. A new booking system, a redesign, or a large set of new pages is a different project unless the agreement includes it. Clear boundaries keep the monthly plan predictable.
Create one reliable request route
Collect each change with the page link, replacement content, and the date it should take effect. Confirm who can approve public information. We agree how requests are grouped and reviewed so conflicting instructions do not become website edits.
Separate content care from technical maintenance
Routine page content updates do not automatically include hosting administration, software updates, backups, security monitoring, incident response, or uptime coverage. If those services are needed, confirm a supported technical-maintenance scope and the responsible provider before relying on them.
PRICING & SCOPE
Know what you’re agreeing to.
Monthly support is quoted after the platform, pages, update allowance, turnaround, reporting, and cancellation terms are agreed. New features, larger rewrites, additional pages, and work beyond the allowance require a separate approved scope.
Domain, hosting, paid tools, licensed assets, and any applicable tax are additional. Your written proposal confirms the actual deliverables, timing, revision rounds, and payment terms.
Tell us what you sell, what needs to improve, and what visitors should do. We’ll review the fit and confirm the scope, price, and next steps in writing before you commit.
