A website redesign that starts with what needs to improve.
An existing website may need a clearer message, a simpler path to contact, or a design that fits the business today. We review the current setup before recommending what to rebuild.
For businesses with an existing website whose services, content, or visitor journey have outgrown the layout. A redesign is also an opportunity to preserve useful pages and working features instead of starting blindly.
What we can scope
A review of the current pages, platform, and essential features
An agreed page plan and list of what stays, changes, or moves
Responsive layouts and a clearer path to the main customer action
A launch checklist that considers existing URLs and accounts
Start with the friction
Share the current site and a concrete problem: visitors cannot find a service, the mobile menu is difficult, or the contact route is buried. We turn those observations into a bounded scope. A visual refresh alone will not fix an unclear offer or an unavailable service.
Preserve useful pages and links
Before removing or moving pages, identify their URLs, important inbound links, and search performance when data is available. We discuss redirects and replacement pages as part of a migration scope. Changing the domain, platform, or booking system requires additional planning and access.
Plan a calm handoff
Confirm who controls the domain, hosting, forms, analytics, and any business tools. Keep existing email and required integrations in the launch plan. We arrange appropriate collaborator access separately; passwords and verification codes should stay out of the inquiry form.
PRICING & SCOPE
Know what you’re agreeing to.
Redesigns receive a written quote based on the existing platform, page count, content, and functionality. A small brochure rebuild may fit a fixed website package; migrations, stores, custom integrations, and larger changes are separately scoped.
Domain, hosting, paid tools, licensed assets, and any applicable tax are additional. Your written proposal confirms the actual deliverables, timing, revision rounds, and payment terms.
No one can guarantee that. We can plan URL continuity and redirects where appropriate, review metadata and internal links, and monitor available search data. Migration risk depends on the actual changes.
Can you update only a few pages?
Yes. Share the specific changes so we can assess a smaller improvement project or a page-management scope.
Can I keep my existing domain?
Usually the domain can remain while the website changes, but we need to confirm the current setup and any DNS or email dependencies before launch.
Tell us what you sell, what needs to improve, and what visitors should do. We’ll review the fit and confirm the scope, price, and next steps in writing before you commit.
