ATHENA WEB SERVICES · QUEENS, NY & REMOTE PROJECTS
A website review that turns friction into a practical plan.
Know what needs attention before paying for a rebuild. Athena can review agreed parts of an existing website and organize the findings by customer impact, effort, and what needs further access.
For a business that knows its website feels difficult but needs help defining the problem. It can also be a starting point before a redesign, a content cleanup, or a separately scoped SEO review.
What we can scope
A review of the agreed pages and customer actions
Findings about clarity, mobile layout, navigation, links, and forms
A prioritized list of observations and suggested next steps
A separate implementation scope when you want changes made
Follow the path your customer takes
Start from a likely entry page and ask whether a visitor can understand the offer, locate practical details, and complete the intended next step. A review can inspect the public experience; issues inside private dashboards or third-party tools need appropriate access.
Separate observations from assumptions
A broken link or missing form response is different from a guess about why sales are low. We describe what was observed and what needs measurement. Traffic, audience fit, pricing, fulfillment, and follow-up also affect business results and may sit outside the website review.
Agree what happens after the report
The review itself does not include fixing every finding. We identify a sensible first scope, confirm the platform and permissions, and quote implementation separately. A security assessment, legal review, or formal accessibility certification is a different specialist engagement.
PRICING & SCOPE
Know what you’re agreeing to.
Website reviews receive a quote based on the agreed page set, journey, platform, and reporting. Implementation, broader SEO work, integrations, and specialist audits are separate unless explicitly included.
Domain, hosting, paid tools, licensed assets, and any applicable tax are additional. Your written proposal confirms the actual deliverables, timing, revision rounds, and payment terms.
Only when SEO checks are specifically included. A general website review focuses on the agreed visitor experience and page issues.
Will you submit a real order to test checkout?
Any purchase, booking, or external submission needs a clearly agreed test method. We can review the visible flow and use an approved test environment where available.
Can I commission the fixes afterward?
Yes. We can assess the findings, confirm access and scope, and provide a separate written proposal.
Tell us what you sell, what needs to improve, and what visitors should do. We’ll review the fit and confirm the scope, price, and next steps in writing before you commit.
