THE ATHENA APPROACH

The details matter.
So does how it feels
to work together.

A website should feel like your business. The process should leave you knowing what’s happening and what comes next.

A little wisdom. A lot of care.
01

We begin with your business.

Your services, customers, goals, and visual preferences give the project its direction. Inspiration links help us understand your taste.

02

We make the decisions manageable.

Your written scope names the pages, features, price, timeline, and revision rounds. Feedback is gathered into clear, consolidated rounds.

03

We think about the person visiting.

The agreed pages are planned around what customers need to understand and the action you want them to take.

04

We finish with a clear handoff.

Included builds receive prelaunch checks and an access checklist. Ongoing page updates can be arranged with a defined monthly allowance.

We use modern, AI-assisted building tools, with human review before handoff.

GOOD QUESTIONS

Let’s make
things clear.

Know what you’re getting, what’s separate, and how we’ll work together.

Start my project ↗
Can you help me organize the business setup before my website?

Our business-setup checklist helps you prepare your name, filing questions, costs, and website details. It includes MyCompanyWorks as an optional filing-service resource. You choose and purchase any filing service directly; Athena’s website packages do not include business filings or legal or tax advice.

How do I start, and when do I pay?

Select Start my project and follow the four short steps: choose a service, see a starting point, enter your details, and review your request. We review it and follow up by email with a written scope, quote, timeline, and payment terms. You decide whether to proceed. No payment is collected by the request form.

Is the website launch plan really free?

Yes. Answer the questions and see a starting recommendation immediately, without an email address, account, or payment. It is a planning aid, not a binding quote. The optional planner sits below the service examples. You can include its plan in your guided quote request.

Can I start without having all my content ready?

Yes—tell us what you have. We will identify what is still needed and quote any extra support. The $199 starter assumes you supply the approved text and images; full copywriting, a custom logo, and additional image sourcing are separate.

Can you build a restaurant, booking, or online-store website?

Yes. These projects need a scope that reflects the actual features: booking rules, availability, product catalogs, checkout, subscriptions, and any integrations. Our industry concepts let you try design ideas. Live booking systems, ecommerce, payments, and custom integrations are quoted separately and are not part of the $199 starter page.

What exactly does the $199 package include?

Launch Lite is a template-based, one-page website with up to five sections, your supplied text and images, mobile styling, and one consolidated round of revisions. It suits a straightforward business introduction. Extra pages, a custom logo, copywriting from scratch, stores, and advanced integrations are outside this package.

Are domain names and hosting included?

No. Package prices cover the agreed website design and build. Your domain, hosting, paid plugins, subscriptions, licensed assets, and any applicable tax are separate. We explain these costs before a project starts, and recommend accounts that you own.

How long does a website take?

We set a project timeline after reviewing your brief, content, and requirements. A small site can move quickly when the text and images are ready. We confirm a start date and milestones in writing rather than promising a deadline before seeing the work.

What do I need to provide?

Your business name, logo if you have one, services, contact details, approved page text, and images you have permission to use. A few websites you like are helpful. If you need more support with content or branding, tell us in your brief so we can quote that work separately.

Can you redesign my existing website?

Yes. Share your current website and what needs to improve. We first check its platform, content, and any features that need to stay. Migrations, stores, and complex integrations need a custom scope.

Will I own my website?

Our goal is a clear handoff with your domain and hosting in your own accounts. Your written proposal explains the deliverables, access, and ownership terms. Third-party templates, fonts, plugins, and assets remain subject to their own licenses.

What SEO services do you offer?

We can review page titles, descriptions, headings, internal links, and page structure, plan keywords around your services, and review indexing or Search Console data when access is available. The page titles and descriptions included in Signature and Business are basic build deliverables; broader SEO work is scoped separately.

Can you manage my pages after launch?

Yes. Monthly page management can cover an agreed allowance of text, image, service, price, menu, or business-hours updates and publication of approved content. We confirm the supported platform, pages, request allowance, turnaround, reporting, and monthly price in writing. New pages or larger features can receive a separate quote.

Do you guarantee Google rankings or sales?

No. SEO work can improve page structure, search metadata, and content foundations. Rankings, traffic, leads, and sales also depend on competition, content, customer demand, and other factors. We agree deliverables and reporting, not guaranteed positions or results.

Can I purchase a fixed package online?

Launch Lite is $199 and Signature is $499. Their package pages explain what is included and what is separate. When secure checkout is enabled, you can pay for either fixed package and receive a welcome email after confirmed payment. Until checkout is connected, use the package request button and we’ll confirm the scope and payment instructions with you. Business websites and custom features use a written quote.

Can I request optional upgrades without a new website?

Yes. Choose the optional add-ons you want and select Request these add-ons. You can request help with an existing setup, or add the same choices to a website package. Each upgrade receives a separate scope and price. We review platform compatibility, required access, third-party charges, and any recurring costs before you commit.

Is Google Business Profile free?

Yes. Google provides Business Profiles at no charge for eligible businesses. Athena’s optional fee covers agreed setup or refresh assistance, such as accurate hours, categories, services, supplied photos, and website links. You retain ownership and complete Google’s required verification. Approval, rankings, and search visibility are not guaranteed.

Can you help my restaurant offer online ordering and delivery?

Yes. We can help with an agreed menu size, one supported platform such as DoorDash, Uber Eats, or Grubhub, and ordering links on your website. Your restaurant owns its merchant account, approves the platform agreement, and receives its payouts. Platform approval and fees are separate. POS connections and custom ordering systems need a compatibility review and separate quote.

What happens after I send my brief?

We review the project and contact you using the email you provide. You receive a written scope and payment terms before work begins. This form does not collect payment or automatically book a project. Ongoing updates can be discussed separately.
